Facilities

Our Livery yard is ideally located in the heart of the surrey hills with unlimited off road hacking, lending itself to both the happy hacker and serious competition rider.

The Yard consists of 22 stables of which 18 are occupied by liveries and the remaining used for horses for sale, project horses, backing and breaking and Emily's own event horses. We have both internal and external boxes all of varying sizes so can cater for both small and large horses.

Denbies is run to an exceptionally high standard but at the same time keeping a friendly but professional feel. Regardless of your experience all our staff are here to help and can answer any questions or problems you may have.

Turnout is all year round in individual or small groups. We have a variety of paddock sizes to cater for groups, individual and horses on restricted grazing. All fields have large water troughs which are cleaned out regularly. Fields are poo picked frequently and maintained to the highest standards. Horses are monitored during the day to ensure they are happy in the field. If your horse dislikes being out for long periods of time or has to be out for as long as possible due to behavioural issues we cater for this.

Our sand school is 40x20 sand/rubber. The drainage was fixed in the autumn of 2010. We now have a fully functional arena which can be used in all weather. A full set of show jumps are also available to use ranging from water trays to walls.
