PART LIVERY

Part livery at Denbies consists of the following:

• Use of all facilities
• Feeding - 2 feeds per day
• Quality Haylage or Hay - Ad lib
• Bedding - Up to 2 bales per week
• Muck out - AM and PM if they are in 24/7 due to injury. AM if they are out in the day, skip out regularly
• Rug changes
• Turnout / Bring in - Boots put on, removed and cleaned so they are dry for the next day.
• Feet picked out.
• Purchase of supplements and recharged on monthly invoice.

All our staff are exceptionally diligent, no cuts or swellings go un-noticed and are dealt with immediately.

Turnout is all year round; in the summer we cater for horses out at night and in during the day and visa versa. In the winter they are out in the day and in during the night but we will also allow horses to be out at night as long as they have company. Whatever the weather, snow, rain or wind the horses are turned out as long as it is safe. If your horse dislikes being out in the winter we can bring them in after an hour or two, we want them to be happy.

Most of the stables have rubber matting, you are welcome to supply your own if we don't have one with rubber. All stables are mucked out thoroughly on a daily basis and skipped out throughout the day if horses are in.

FULL LIVERY

Full livery at Denbies consists of part livery plus:

• Exercised 4/5 times a week
• Groomed daily - includes feet oiled or treated
• Mane and Tails kept in excellent condition, pulled and trimmed
• Tack cleaned
• Regular washing of rugs and boots
• Liasing with farrier, vet, physio
• Organising of repairs, tack and rugs.

We exercise your horse 4 or 5 times per week depending on your requirement. When you join Denbies we will have a consultation to work out an exercise plan for your horse so that their full potential can be reached. Whether you require your horse to simply be kept ticking over or need a strict exercise program for competitive reasons we can accommodate this.

Our staff are all capable of turning horses out to a high standard and all have BHS Stage II or III both in Horse care and management and riding. They treat each horse as an individual as if it were their own. All the horses are kept in fantastic condition and we pride ourselves on turning out horses.

We use an excellent rug washing and repair service and arrange all of this for you, shoeing and worming is routinely carried out as well as worm counts.

GRASS LIVERY

Grass livery at Denbies consists of :

• Use of all facilities
• 24/7 turnout
• Lovely large summer and winter grazing
• Two feeds per day AM/PM if required
• Haylage in the winter months if grass is sparse
• Dedicated hard standing area
• Storage and tack space
• Mare and Geldings separated
• Geldings group no larger than 5 and mares 3
• Supplements supplied by Denbies and recharged on monthly invoice.
• Paddocks poo picked regularly

We feed AM or PM if you require and will check over your horse to make sure they are comfortable and have no injuries. Should there by any problems they are dealt with as we would all our other liveries.

Currently we only have one space for a mare on grass livery.

BESPOKE / COMPETITION / BREAKING LIVERY

Breaking Livery :

• Experience breaking all types of horses from cobs through to thoroughbreds, shetland's to 17.2hh horses.
• We strongly believe that a horse needs a solid start in order to progress through it's education and career. Some horses have taken very little time to break while others need that little bit more time and we can accommodate this.
• All our staff are well used to handling young stock and do well teaching the youngsters between right and wrong.
• The riding is carried out by Emily and she makes sure that she has a good relationship with each horse before progressing to the next step.

Competition Livery:

• We believe that we have the whole package where competition livery is concerned.
• Depending on the level of the horse we spend time with the owners discussing the direction the horses need to move in. Based on this we work out a fitness program for the horse and update the owner on progress each week or they can log into our portal each day to read for themselves.
• You will feel part of a team as an owner and have access to all the events free of charge.
• Out of season we work on any weaknesses that have been noticed so that we are ready for the following year.

Reschoooling / Problems / Holiday Livery :

• Nappy horse that you can't get hacking ?
• Problem with flatwork that you feel needs intensive work?
